最近無事忙，忙着練習演奏歌曲，沒有無聊的時間，心裡想這是無事忙，想當年，年輕時候常常笑別人做這些無聊的事，覺得很可笑，現在回想起才覺得他們的理想及學習精神，正是大多數當代人欠缺的特質，決心加恒心，其實做什麽事，必須有決心和恒心，成功不遠。
繁忙是工具，可以確認自我存在價值，完成一項計劃，學習新技能，學習新的知識，做個繁忙人。

九七大限，十年過去，每有什麽大不了，地球依舊轉動，日出日落，像永恆不變的規律，但是一些事和人物消失，不留痕跡，但同時間又生一些新的人和事物，証明變幻就是永恒。
在剎那間，感覺到人的微不足道，營營役役，數十年很快過去，換來快樂和不快樂的回憶。
這就是人生，跟着十年......，沒有模範答案，最好可能是活在現在式，做好每一天的事情。

開開心心又一天

日子總要過，不快樂是一天，快樂又是一天，記著好的人和事，忘記負面的事物。
人人要心境祥和，看看影畫戲，聽古曲音樂，或者喝一口淡淡的龙井茶，神遊苏杭西湖美景，甚至和朋友煲煲電話粥，瑣瑣碎碎的事等等，自得其樂，快樂是原來掌握在自己心中，不必刻意尋求。最近打書釘，看到一本書，描述山地小孩子們的故事，她們的經濟環境極端困難，三餐餸菜

祇是一些青菜和地瓜，沒有可樂，沒有漢堡飽，沒有遊戲机，但原來她們最快樂的事不是這些東西，而是上學去，每日步行數個山頭，擧山越嶺，目的是求學和小同學們相叙，心裡很快樂上學去。

現代社会，人們思想複雜，其實可化繁為簡，將生活簡單化，繁惱少多了，心境自然開朗，人也快快樂樂過每一天。

秋風送爽，夜色微籃，鳥雀回巢，虫声處處，合奏大自然萬籟歌声，
是食神的季節，大閘蚧，洋澄湖的特產，肥美可口，加上東玻肉，一壺濁酒，
良朋共飲，不醉無歸，中秋節，月餅食不停，有傳统的蓮蓉月，有冰皮月，各式其式。現代城市設施加上古典灯色，交織一幅美麗的景色，多些祥和，少些戾氣，是城市人的中和劑。
想像當年嫦娥奔月的境况，碧海青天夜夜深，是個美麗的故事還是個
可悲的事情，只有留待後世人解讀。

世界是平的，對了一半，對於一些新發展國家，例如中國，印度等等是有很大發展空間，互联網應用，可以學到很多知識，成本平，效率高，不出數十年便可達到世界水平，但是在非洲，亞洲及南美洲的落後國家，形勢更加不妙，人均收入衹得數百元，成為世界孤兒，情況可悲。
全球一体化，迎接大挑戰，知識就是力量，共勉之。

中華大地及中華文化

中華文化的長河
中華文化源遠流長，不但在中國大陸廣裘的土地上根深蒂固，可以說在海外世界各地，有海水的地方就有華人，有華人的地方就有中華文化。根基於儒道釋的中華文化，經過悠長歷史的演變，不管中原本土，還是在有華族聚居的世界各地，不能不說沒有起變化，加入外來的文化素養，不過，萬變不離其宗，中華文化的韌性與堅強的生命力是經得起考驗的。中華大地的偉大，詩曰；

人生不如意事十常八九，日常生活必有些不如意事，例如人際關係，同行競爭，疾病，感情問題，生活習慣等等，甚至生活上的一些瑣碎事，例如一對無知的男女互擁在地鐵車箱門口，旁若無人，而自己又趕往轉車，真是火都喱埋，都令人不快。所以十事有八事是好事，便是超凡幸福人生，十事有五事是好事，就是美好人生，几事多一些寬恕，包容，將逆念變為順念，人會快樂些，日子也有意思，何必為一些無知小人犯錯而苦惱，懲罰自已，值得嗎？，做個快樂人，一切都是平常的，無怨無悔。

冬天，一個令人有回憶的季節，有萬勝節，聖誕節，新年等等，都是年青人的日子，也是商人搵銀的機會，這些節日是一種很好的中和劑，因為現代生活太過使人不快，壓力甚大，功名富貴，名成利就，人人比較得失，這就是一切煩惱的根源。冬天，十二月三十一日，其實也是一年的年結，得到什麼，失去什麼，來一次算賬，到了翌日，又是一條好漢。有人依然故我，有小伙子計劃發財夢，有的希望找到人生伴侶，各有盤算，如是者年復一年，人們到年底又做一次重複行為，這就是新年的目的。在世界另一邊，在崇山峻嶺，有一些小數民族，有一些世外高人，自給自足，每天日升而作，日入而息，樂天知命，在他們心中，過年是沒有解讀的，因為他們不祈求什麼。天下本無事，庸人自擾之，這是老生常談，也不是沒有埋由的。誰會快樂，誰會失落，為追求月結單加多數個零位，不理健康，是現代人的悲劇，其實中庸之道最好，取一個平衡點就是一個好方法。。

非州有個地方名叫“索內”意思很特別，就是不會殺人的地方，但是大多數非洲地方沒有人權，沒有生存權，沒有一切的地方，可是你也會找到這群義工的足跡，希望他們繼續努力下去，為世人添加一點溫暖。




數年前的冬天，千年虫的聖誕，冒著危險，往雪嶽山玩雪兜，氣溫零下二十度，還下著小雪，一片白茫茫，天地同一色，大自然的景色，加上大小孩們滑雪歡樂聲，令人樂而忘返，值得看看，中國東北，也是賞雪的好地方，轉眼又過了五年了，時光過得很快，很多事物改變了，但願人們過一個快樂的聖誕。

in the dream,Alex came across a stream and he found some tiny fishes swimming to-and-fro under the water,they were playing happily ,chasing each other as the children playing in the kindergarten. Hence Alex got an idea ,it was better to be a fish than an ant,because a fish didn't have to work for its leader,but an ant had no freedom to do according to its will,Alex was pondering over the thought and was confused for a long time. Life was sometimes fairly tight,but one was to live life,Alex thought why he was not a fish but an ant,all of a sudden,Alex waked up and saw his mom touching his head gently with a warm smile,Alex awared he was the most fortunate ant in the world.

去年元夜時，花市燈如晝，月上柳梢頭，人約黃昏後..........，想起這首詩，回憶到很久很久沒有參加元宵花燈夜，今年忽然有雅興和 mada 到高山道公園花燈嘉年華，火樹銀花，燈花璀燦，歌舞昇平，偶然有一陣陣春雨綿綿，卻打不倒熱情的遊人，他們都盡興享受著這美好的時光，歡呼聲充滿會場每一角落，無論男女老少都投入動聽的音樂旋律裡，而在舞台上，年輕和有活力的青年舞出動人的舞步，其中韓國民族舞最為好看，mada 和我都盡興而歸。

1.) to drink 3 cups of water in the morning(lungcheng tea preferably)

3.) to eat 80% for lunch & dinner,less meat,more vegetable
4.)to do exercise 2 times a week,totally 4 hours
5.) keep away from smoking tobacco and drink too much alcoholic drink
6.)always keep a conscious mind and conscientious heart
7.)delete all the bad files of your mind and save all the good memory
8.)don't expend more than your income ,budget your expense
9.)to read various type of books
10.) every morning is a new good day
in addition to 3.) bring your lunch to work can save your money and incorporating a group of variety food which could improve your nutrition and you could eat more vegetables

這套電影看到英雄背後的辛酸，英雄表面風光，骨子裡又是一個故事，往往身不由己，亞歷山大的毋親是一個極大野心的人，為了兒子登位，不惜暗殺丈夫，達成自己心願，使兒子登上王位，但亞曆卻不認同，形成性格極端，心裡鬥爭，不能平服，這套電影場面偉大、有情節，有深刻人性描述，值得一看。

偶然間看到一個電視廣告，其內容就是 get that yacht,get that ca..,get that.........and so on and so on，聯想起在七八十年代左右，香港的大學生，對於這些物質，簡直唾手可得，時至今天，時移世易，十年河東，十年河西，世事變幻，才是永恒。事件結果確是令人倜倀，事實上這衹是供求定律罷了，君不見在某些先進國家，如美國，法國等等，它們的大學生也很多失業，但他們卻沒有像香港大學生的症狀，原因是他們不是把名利放在最重要位置，不會太過計較得失，香港的大學生也許是与德育教育有所欠缺。其實知足常樂就是最好的解藥，人生如舞台，有時得意，有時失意，際遇最重要，有千里馬也要有伯樂才能奔馳万里。數年前曾到濟南一遊，看到趵突泉的游魚，自由自在，浮沈在漣漪間，金黃色的陽光使鱗光化為天上的彩虹，令人忘卻煩塵俗事，親近自然，一樂也，子非魚，怎知魚之樂。每逢在假期的日子，遊人多起來，他們將一些食物拋向魚兒，魚兒便你爭我奪，非常激烈，須然目標物是數塊餅碎，但牠們自得其樂，小小的禮物，也非常滿足，相信這是魚的哲學，知足常樂，並非我們這些凡塵俗子所能想像的。

to all idle people to play harmonica is quite a good way to spare their time,
it is easy to learn ,economy,and easy to carry,most of all, it would refresh one's mind,once you play a new song ,your brain is being refreshed ,on the other hand ,if you are depressed ,then you play harmonica for a couple of hours ,you would relieve all your saddness,it provides an outlet instead of shedding tears or, for instance, to eat or drink as much as a gold fish.
